Refund Policy

Air is sold as a one-time purchase with a perpetual license. It is not a subscription, and there is no account to cancel.
If Air is not working for you, email us within fourteen days of purchase and we will refund you. No forms, no argument. The request is enough.
Write to support@receptionaudio.com from the email address used at checkout. Include your order number if you have it; if not, your checkout email is enough for us to find the purchase.
Refunds are processed through our checkout provider. We normally submit approved refunds within five business days. Once submitted, it may take up to ten days for the refund to appear on your card or bank statement.
Because Air is digital software, there is no physical product to return. When a purchase is refunded, the related license key may be disabled and Air may no longer activate with that key.
After fourteen days, refunds are handled case by case. If Air has stopped working because of a bug we shipped, write us and we will try to fix it or make it right. Change-of-mind refunds outside the fourteen-day window are not guaranteed.
We may ask why you are requesting a refund. A sentence is plenty. It helps us understand where Air is working, where it is not, and what to improve next.
